You deserve meaningful, deeply intimate relationships - starting with yourself. In individual therapy, our goal is to get you to a place of comfort and optimism and to increase your self-confidence so that you can move forward in your life with ease and fulfillment. You will begin to better recognize and respect your feelings, learn self-compassion and how to be kind to your body, and find new coping skills for dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression.

When a couple has a strong desire to grow together and collaborate on goals, a happy healthy relationship is achievable. In couples work, you will learn to navigate conflict and foster a healthy connection in a space of safe vulnerability. You will be guided to have a better understanding of each other and your relationship by getting to the root of your problems, and being present through the sharing of honest feelings without judgment or defensiveness.

Create harmony, even in the messiness of family. The goals of family therapy are to facilitate healthy interaction and strengthen emotional bonds. While it can be easy to point fingers and assign blame, family members will learn to avoid this by developing a deeper understanding of each other and addressing lingering trauma and resentment. Through having empathy and maintaining good boundaries, true healing happens and effective problem-solving becomes second nature.
